Architecture

Live at Hotel “El Puntazo” and zoom

Suggested by Trevor Perry and Don Kearns. Photographs of buildings and structures, or just selective parts of them, that are presented in a striking or creative manner.  This may include "Fine Art" techniques similar to those employed by David Boam in his presentation to the club earlier this year; selective use of light and shadow; contrasting straight and curved elements; clashes of architectural style (old against new); tilting of the camera to create impact; etc.  Try a wide angle looking upwards at a tall building to create converging lines or use a telephoto lens to select patterns within a building.  Let your imagination and creativity roam free. Straight photos of interesting buildings or the urban environment is not what is sought for this challenge.
